May 9 – Join us at Ash & Sage as we invite Stretch Zone McKinney to help us with assisted stretching! Members can enjoy this event complimentary. Non-members $10, you will receive a 10 minute stretch session and the option to add on a contrast therapy circuit for $25. 11AM- 2PM

May 15 – check out the Health and Wellness Fair at Coach Kenny Deel Stadium 5-8pm

May 30 – Join us for another Magical Sound bath brought to us by The Sound Flower 2pm – 3pm

May 31 – We will be at the Cardinal Nation Day at Coach Kenny Deel Stadium 1pm – 5pm
